    The good thingsThe environment as an entry level is very challenging. It's best to start in this company. Challenges like deadlines, disagreement to your colleagues, and even supervisor and manager who will support your activities will improve skills. You will have technical, communication, and time management.
    The challengesSome of operators, technicians, or leaders were close minded. As an engineer, you need to explain briefly what the activities are all about. Sometimes it will lead to burn out if your subordinates did not agree with you or they're tardy.

    Friendly co-workers, unsatisfied salary
    The good thingsThey give enough time too study your process, 1week observe before they let you do your job on your own. Aside from that, the facility was very organized, canteen was very clean. Free shuttle. Free rice. Free sabaw.
    The challengesI was not satisfied within my salary. Since The company only have 5 working days, 9hours/day for Php419. They only have maximum of 2hours OT per day.

    The good thingsGood things I would say, people around you are polite and cooperative. Cheerful and really competitive.
    The challengesEvery manager and other sections are too demanding and too noisy. HR are too slow to process the employee's needs. Sometimes manager's would not respect other subordinates opinion or your idea. And other seniors there would not show encouragement of ideality. Like they are too scared to learn new things that are good for the company. Tons of workload yet small salary.

    The good thingsNot that strict you can even have a break about 30 minutes just don't let the Boss see or caught you otherwise you'll be reprimanded.
    The challengesMaybe one thing that challenged me is the location of their office because It's far from my place and I arrive late sometimes due to heavy traffic or some other reason that would sometimes make you late along the way to the office.

They allow their employees to learn what they know and to learn more and more. They don't want their employees to stay standing to the bottom. They want everyone be among of the top, especially those who have potentials and willingness to learn.
    The challengesAs a new worker of that company way back to the first month of 2018, I'm very curious of how industrial companies work. I didn't have any single idea come to my mind. I didn't understand their process and ways on how the company moves. But through the help of my superiors, I learn a lot.
