I can say that it is still a great company to work, just needs improvement on compensation.The good thingsGood culture between colleagues, supervisors and managers. People are fun to be with and friendly.
The challengesLoaded with too many tasks but low salary and slow promotion which is mostly the reason for employees leaving. If only the company can improve this aspect employees would probably stay for long time. Overall, still recommendable place to work especially for fresh graduates or entry level.
