Exciting! Every role has to have a concern with the Company, because it would allow you to be involve with what is happening around you. Whether it is your team member, your Supervisor or even a KPI that needs to have an improvement.The good thingsIn Bosch, continuous innovation is highly significant, you would be able to develop your craft because of their Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). This is an avenue wherein everyone, most especially agents and Supervisors can provide their suggestions and ideas on how to improve certain process. All Supervisors would look into each ideas and meet with their respective team to talk about the submitted ideas and plan the course of action. Once the planning is over, it will executed and monitor the progress . All progress will be documented and if the improvement has a high impact in terms of Scorecards or from a particular KPI, it will then be shared to other team.
The challengesI worked for 7 years in this Company. I saw that there is quite of a challenge in terms of endorsement from one team lead to another since there is no standard policy in place. Training also needs to have an improvement per project so that new hires will not be trained by co-agent.
