    Bad system and management with ambiguity
    The good thingsCannot find the good points even though I tried hard to find one.
    The challengesFrom the top management to the team leads: failure, no managerial skills, miscommunication of language all the time, bad response from the team if you speak up Team culture: toxic, not supportive, no proper training given, side-by-side training is actually the worst form of training. Another failure. Colleagues: so fake so that you find yourself set up all the time they have no manners.
