You will not have good experience here. There one in management who doesn't treat people right and very unprofessional. They always make you feel that you owe them based on the salary they are providing.
The good thingsNone, all the benefits, bonuses and perks are there for display.
The challengesThe politics, monopoly and under appreciated people

It was quite challenging at first but I was able to cope up with the working environment.
The good thingsI enjoy working with my TL and colleagues. I feel less stress and have a work life balance working here.
The challengesThe challenges that I face here were during my first and 2nd month because my colleague who trained me got sick and need to rest for almost a month. There are times where I need to study the process by myself. But fortunately, I was able to cope up with the process.

So far, everything is good. They are all open for questions when you need help from them.
The good thingsI like how other employers always got my back, they always check whether I am doing ok, or ask whether I need help in anything.
The challengesI don't really find anything challenging as of now. Everything is okay and manageable.

Good working environment but promotion/s are not prioritized
The good things* Good working environment, not a typical BPO company. * Supervisors will encourage you to do your best and strive hard.
The challenges* Increase of salary and internal promotions are not the company's priority.
