Easier BPO experience compare to others
The good thingsSalary is good for me knowing that we do calls
The challengesManagement did not handle the situation well when their agents were accused of something they did not do. They just follow what the clients wants without investigating internally first.

    Slow growth. Client-oriented.
The good thingsWork from home since the pandemic with 1k internet allowance.
The challengesClient-centric. Will focus more on the growth of the billables since they will gain from it $$$. If your client doesn't give much care on this, or if you are a non-billable, you will probably only be anticipating on the annual increase yearly even if you do your best (which only started last 2021). They ALWAYS prioritize hiring higher management without helping the employees who have been in the company for years to grow first.

Good company culture + opportunities for growth
The good thingsOne of the best things about working here is the company culture. I've collaborated with teammates and workmates who are kind, friendly, and considerate! That's not easy to find in the corporate world. I also felt supporter by our leaders. I'm grateful that they saw my potential and trusted me. With their guidance I felt like I grew so much. There are also a lot of opportunities for promotion here. Some got offered promotions even after just a few months since they started. Sadly I had to leave due to personal matters, but I will definitely cherish all the memories and connections I gained while working here.
The challengesNone that I can think of

    Productive work environment
The good thingsI love that my work is not repetitive, and I'm given different opportunities to hone my skills. Also the fact that we have an open communication within the team and the management. They're all easy and fun people to work with.
The challengesNone right now, good place and benefits since day 1

    Great Company for Upskilled workers.
The good thingsGreat opportunities, and Great support. I was lucky to be able to work for this company and it's a shame that they had to let me go due to certain concerns. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for anyone who wants a challenging role.
The challengesThe roles are demanding and would allow thinkers to grow. This is not a place for people who are used to day-in day-out roles that are repetitive. This is a place where you have to troubleshoot and exert effort to complete your work.

    Great HR management and salary
The good thingsThe newly transformed and automated HR system is great as well as the new HR personnels. They handle concerns immediately and within the timeframe. They have many events especially in employee engagement so that even if the setup is wfh, we would always feel that we are part and belong to the company. The supervisors and directors are approachable and friendly. They treat all employees equally with respect.
The challengesThey need a solid schedule for the rto setup. But their office is great. They just need to setup sleeping quarters to align with DOLE Standards because they are an IT/BPO company now.

Slow growth. Permanent Work from Home.
The good thingsWe are working from home since the pandemic. Big help for everyone's safety. They also gave us a 1k internet allowance since it started.
The challengesSlow growth. They prioritize hiring higher levels/management without prioritizing the growth of the employees who have been in the company for years. They seldom do salary alignment and the annual increase only started in 2021 and we will only get a maximum of 7% unless you get a promotion.

    Great place to work!
The good thingsBolton understands the people's need. There's a lot of perks, the benefits are people centric and I'm happy I'm still with this company.
The challengesNone that I can think of, we are all working from home and no one is required to go to the office unlike other companies who will risk the safety of their employees for their gain.

I found personal and career growth in the company
The good thingsThe atmosphere is very familial, warm yet professional. I've been with the company for more than 5 years now. And what made me stay is the career development I have gained, the people I've made friends with, and knowing that the company is here to support every individual in their profession
The challengesYou need to be very good at your job to be promoted, but then again it's a given. :)

The good thingsIn Bolton you are given the opportunity to directly work with the clients and it's an amazing experience. It's like I'm working overseas but I'm home.

Not the company you'd wish for
The good thingsEveryone is friendly and nice. The facility is good.
The challengesSalary is not consistent, there are cut-offs that your salary will be divided into 2, which will cause us so much hassle. It's hard to budget money when it's incomplete. Our 13th-month pay is also divided into 2, they give it on different days. and due to the pandemic, some regular employees went into floating status, and with that, they didn't prioritize tenured employees knowing that they are still hiring new applicants for new positions.k

not a secure company to work for
    The good thingsexcellent work/life balance
The challengesOverall, the management is poor and not so professional like other companies. We've experienced salary delays multiple times and undue deductions due to technical errors on their end. It is also not a very secure company to work for. You can suddenly lose your job if the client decides to pull out. The management won't also give the worker enough notice time, workers just get surprised that they already don't have a job the next day.

    I enjoyed my stay
The good thingsIt has an easy-going environment. The employees are friendly and the management are approachable. Not that strict with dress codes.
The challengesI did not see myself growing within the company as it is an outsourcing company. Most likely you'll say on your chosen role until the client would need you to fill up another/or a higher role for their company.

The good thingsThe managers are very friendly and will engage you well in the sense that they make you feel at home and in good hands.
The challengesNo fixed days off for some clients/accounts.
