    I found personal and career growth in the company
    The good thingsThe atmosphere is very familial, warm yet professional. I've been with the company for more than 5 years now. And what made me stay is the career development I have gained, the people I've made friends with, and knowing that the company is here to support every individual in their profession
    The challengesYou need to be very good at your job to be promoted, but then again it's a given. :)
