Terrible management by inexperienced CEOThe good thingsNot to say that all management personnels are terrible, some are considerate and just doing what they're told to do. However, based on my experience and experience of people I worked with - This company is just insane. Lately they've been implementing medieval and nonsensical rules like \"dress codes\" and salary cuts. Facilities (chairs, desk, office) and building is terrible.
The challenges1.) If you have a diverse consultant, don't put in nonsense rules like dress codes because that doesn't make sense. \"Need to look formal for clients visiting\" doesn't make sense because there are barely clients visiting. Implement this rule ON the day a client is visiting, not ALL the time; 2.) Don't cut people's salary for being late; 3.) Move to a decent building that provides toilet papers
