A great place to grow!
The good thingsThe administration is very kind and understanding. The managers encourage growth and are always open to helping anyone on the team. They would often make themselves available for any concerns a team member may have.
The challengesIt's still a growing company, so the salary may not be the highest a BPO can offer, however it's still definitely on the fair-end considering that they accept employees with no work experience and provide paid training.
