A workplace to call home!The good thingsMy first job upon graduating from Interdisciplinary Studies. The people behind the company are my actual biological family members, but that doesn't stray me away from getting good office experience as the off-shore clients and work assignments are very much real. The workload given to me is quite fun and fitting for my course. I met a diverse group of talented and passionate people. The administration and as well as the leaders (People of Contact/POCs) of this company are skilled, approachable and kind. They are always willing to listen and grow alongside sharing their knowledge and skill with me so I can grow as well. I feel like this is a great place to start or even settle down.
The challengesThe company is kind of far and there are limited ways to use public transportation to get there. Good thing the office offers a carpool service for people to get to and from the office. I have often seen employees use the carpool service to leave work early or sometimes to come in late. Very accommodating!
