The organization is a great avenue for entry-level job seekers, although they are more likely to get captured by the financial firm's "brand" that acquired the company.
The good thingsI was given the autonomy to explore a variety of tasks that are not part of my core job description (e.g., intermediate graphic design for employer branding initiatives and HR generalist function), which led me to my current interest in a new career path.
The challengesSince the company was acquired by a multinational financial firm, there have been constant deliverables of competing priorities that tore down my well-being because the management takes "business needs" with precedence over their understaffed team.
