    ASEC Development and Construction Corporation was formally organized in January 1993 to engage in the general construction of quality residential, industrial, & commercial structures.Initially with very limited capitalization, no track record nor extensive credit facilities, the company nonetheless pursued its dream of becoming a credible performer in the construction industry. Projects initially undertaken were mostly residences & interiors.Over the years, ASEC has slowly but meticulously carved a good and credible name for itself. Now with broader resources in place, ASEC continues to play an increasing role in the industry, rendering construction work involving industrial and multi-level commercial and residential structures. The breadth & diversity of experience of its growing complement of officers & staff in architecture, engineering and construction help ensure the achievement of ASEC’s continued commitment to bringing distinct added value and professionalism into this very competitive industry.ASEC’s story reflect the true ideals & mission of its directors and officers – to embrace its dreams with a solid foundation rooted in integrity and dedication to service, generating goodwill and professional integration with its peers, its clients, and the industry it wishes to serve.
