    The good things1.Team work on our project site, they're not just a colleague but a family 2. You will learn and experience a lot of things when it comes to exposure in construction 3. I'm blessed to have a good superior with a big sense of responsibility, a team leader and a father for us young professionals. And also blessed with my professional colleagues who serves not just a subordinates but also a siblings to me.

    learned a lot from the site/field especially in vertical constructions
    The good thingsEarned a lot of friends from my colleagues to site workers. And get to involve in the site during construction is very rewarding because of the knowledge I earned.
    The challengesNothing much of a challenge/struggle working for the company. Challenges are in the field or site whenever we encountered problems that needs immediate response from all the subcontractors and espaecially with the project management team.

    It was really a great experience.
    The good thingsThe working place is such a great experience, I've learned so much especially when you're a project based employee and then my co-workers are approachable so it was easy for me to communicate with them.
    The challengesThe greatest challenge would be the skills that I have on how I make use of it, on how wise am I to maximize it and being flexible with it because the co-workers I'm working with was not just any ordinary people but people who have years of experience and great individuals.

    The good thingsOwner has vision which inspires his people, salary raises for regular personnel are on each year, good opportunity to gather great experience. Rice is free on lunch and there is travel allowance (if you are supposed to travel)
    The challengesin all honesty, nothing much. They have been fair to me most of the time. And on occasions that I feel I am untreated well, the management comments otherwise.
