    Great for a starter job!!
The good things- Harmonius work relationships with coworkers, regardless of the department - Opportunities to meet various types of students and learn about Japanese culture more deeply - Opportunities to try different roles / tasks in the company
The challenges- The salary, despite receiving small raises, stays within entry-level range. - Limited career growth due to the traditional Japanese promotion system being followed - It sometimes felt like the difference in the importance between client and employees were like night and day.

It was enjoyable to work in the company.
The good thingsThe coworkers in the company are really kind and considerate. They are also helpful and professional.
The challengesThe schedule could be challenging. If you are a morning person, but the only slot available is the PM shift, you'll have to adjust. Nevertheless, the supervisors are really kind to help you with your schedule concerns.
