    Great for a starter job!!
The good things- Harmonius work relationships with coworkers, regardless of the department - Opportunities to meet various types of students and learn about Japanese culture more deeply - Opportunities to try different roles / tasks in the company
The challenges- The salary, despite receiving small raises, stays within entry-level range. - Limited career growth due to the traditional Japanese promotion system being followed - It sometimes felt like the difference in the importance between client and employees were like night and day.

It was enjoyable to work in the company.
The good thingsThe coworkers in the company are really kind and considerate. They are also helpful and professional.
The challengesThe schedule could be challenging. If you are a morning person, but the only slot available is the PM shift, you'll have to adjust. Nevertheless, the supervisors are really kind to help you with your schedule concerns.

It's the best work experience I had.
The good thingsThe workload is not that heavy and you will get some idle time specially with the online team. You still get paid the full amount no matter what.
The challengesThe offline team was also great but the workload there is unbalanced compared to the online team. However, offline team is more fun albeit challenging.

This company can help you improve your skills.
The good thingsThe workload is not stressful.
The challengesThere were some challenges in terms of learning new things, but I don't think that is a bad thing since it can help improve one's skills.

    Unbalanced work load
The good thingsThe company is good, the way you get paid even without a class in the online team is something you don't want to let go. There are some chances for you to support the operations especially if you're performing well.
The challengesGiven the fact that there's an idle time, still, when you are teaching offline classes, you'll be teaching 6-7 consecutive classes. It's really tiring because of the super strict rules and all. I think they have to loosen up a bit.

    The whole experience was invaluable.
The good thingsRelaxed atmosphere, nice colleagues ready to help, and the continuous learning. The management always gives their instructors the chance to handle challenging tasks related to teaching foreign students in a one on one setting. And even if you do not have a degree in Education, they give chances to those who want to pursue a teaching career.
The challengesNot advisable to work in the Makati area if you live in a nearby suburb, for example, Cavite.

    My experience was worthy.
The good thingsI enjoyed the professionalism of my co-workers as well the superiors in our company. Also, the the scope of work was very fulfilling because I was able to give my best ability and share my gift and talent to people who want to improve on their speaking capacity.
The challengesHonestly speaking, there were times that I think was not returned favorably but I don't want to elaborate on this matter because the company's good qualities outdid the shortcomings. However, it could have been better if the time was treated as precious as gold. Again, my respect to the company is on the highest level in spite of the challenges.
