Unfair pay for the workers. The good thingsMedical reimbursement
The challengesOur payroll is a fixed monthly rate, regardless of the actual number of days worked. Absences are deducted at the hourly rate, but the work itself is not an hourly rate. For example, on a cutoff day, if you work 12 days, you will still receive the fixed rate regardless. If you miss one of the 12 days, you will be deducted one day from your pay. Therefore, for days worked, you would receive 9 days of pay instead of the usual 11 days.
