Fun, interesting, and challenging.The good thingsI really enjoyed the working environment in this company, especially in the HR department. The employees were very supportive and hands-on with the OJTs of their department. I also enjoyed the work they've given to me when I was their student intern. But the thing that I enjoyed the most is the bond I had with the whole department. They did not made me feel alienated, but welcomed me warmly.
The challengesI think the only setback is that they do not give allowance for their student interns. However, that did not change my attitude towards the work given to me because I really enjoyed my stay there as a student intern. With or without allowance, the experience I had with the company is something I will bring with me until I have my professional career.
