You can try to request for an offset because of your ot but will not be granted because of management keeps telling you that "we are low on people". Management keeps telling us, "if you want a salary increase, we need achievements. Tenurity is not the key here at 333 Foods Inc.".

The challengesThe management is very poor at handling their employees. The managers dont have any empathy. The pay does not justify the effort and work you put in. The workload is too much.
