With the success of PEC 2's performance, a joint venture between Federal Land Incorporated (a member of the Metrobank Group of Companies) and Brent Oil Corporation was forged to establish Federal Brent Retail Incorporated in 2002 with its initial fully-integrated Petron Mega Gas Station located at the corner of Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard and EDSA Extension, Pasay City, Metro Manila. The project involved the integration of the Mega Gas Station and its food outlets complementing the adjacent Blue Wave Commercial Mall - Macapagal.Last November 14, 2014, the New Petron at MET constructed on a 4,000 square meter land area located at the corner of Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard and North Seaside Boulevard, Pasay City had its opening. The old Petron Blue Wave was then closed for business effective November 23, 2014.In 2007, Federal Brent Retail Incorporated's 2nd Petron Station adjacent to the Blue Wave Commercial Mall - Marquinton was inaugurated at the corner of Sumulong Highway and G. Fernando Avenue, Barangay Sto. Nino, Marikina City, Metro Manila.
