A Relationship Manager builds and maintains company relationships with its existing customers and corporate clients by providing comprehensive product or service consultations, helping the company reach its sales targets by ensuring customer satisfaction. The role heavily involves resolving a client’s issues by proposing solutions according to company policies. A Relationship Manager also seeks out new business growth opportunities by connecting with new prospective clients. They present their company’s products or services to determine how to meet the client’s business requirements and expectations.

How to become a Relationship Manager
A Relationship Manager must have an undergraduate degree and relevant work experience to meet the minimum requirements for the role.
