Tasks and duties
- Assisting in the coordination and implementation of projects, often under the guidance of a Project Manager.
- Compiling and maintaining project documentation, databases and reports.
- Tracking project timelines, and making adjustments as necessary while communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Scheduling and attending project meetings, creating agendas and taking detailed notes.
- Engaging in regular correspondence with team members to keep them informed on project progress.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning.
- Identifying project risks and constantly monitoring them to prevent delays.
How to become a Project Assistant
