Logistics Supervisor

Tasks and duties

• Coordinating and supervising daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving and inventory management.
• Developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Managing team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
• Teaming up with vendors, clients and team members for the purpose of improving business operations and achieving cost efficiency.
• Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of goods are in line with customers' expectations.
• Collaborating with management to identify, implement and monitor the efficiency of logistics processes.
• Providing regular operational reports and updates to senior management.
