How to become a Kitchen Supervisor
To become a Kitchen Supervisor, gain culinary experience, develop leadership skills, and demonstrate proficiency in kitchen operations and food preparation. You would also need to keep up-to-date with the contracts with suppliers as well as proper food handling procedures to manage kitchen staffs.
