How to become a Human Resources Director
To become a Human Resources Director, you need a combination of qualifications and experience.
Graduate with a bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or Psychology.
Seek 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR Management role.
Get familiarized with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
Attain SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional) certification.
After gaining experience as an HR Director, consider progressing to a role such as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) or VP of Human Resources.
