The good thingsThe people working here are professional yet friendly. I've worked here for almost 7 years and I can say that this place is also my 2nd home.

The challengesStress (which is very common in every workplace), sometimes, too many celebrations therefore becoming fat because of uncontrolled eating ;)

The good thingsWorking in the BTL industry is quite a challenge, Youthopia will give you opportunities to learn and grow in the industry. With an extensive experience on different kinds of executions, Youthopia is a great place to gain on hand experience and develop new skills! Also, with friendly yet professional team members to work with is a plus!

The good thingsWhat I like best about my job is that a primary responsibility involves interacting with employees on all different levels of the organization and across all functional areas. I love that I get to learn new things about the company and business every day. Working with different kinds of people gives you different ideas. A mix of personalities helps compensate for individual strengths and weaknesses for greater overall strength.
