A traditional company struggling to adapt to modern practices.
The good thingsInteracting with customers and learning from end-user engineers.
The challengesThe worst company I’ve ever worked for. The management is very political, and most of the employees have been there for years but are not open to innovation or change. Everything is done manually, and the processes are extremely slow. You won’t see any signs of improvement or modernization at all. Final pay is also delayed, which causes unnecessary stress for those who leave. On top of that, the newly hired HR is unapproachable and lacks basic ethics expected from someone in that role. Not a diverse or inclusive workplace. Overall, it’s a stagnant and frustrating work environment — definitely not a company I’d recommend.

It was alright at the start but with all the mismanagement and reluctance of the upper management to address the growing issues in the company, they just made the work more exhausting for everyone.
The good thingsColleagues are friendly. Senior engineers are very forgiving when you make mistakes. Oppurtunity to be trained in Japan.
The challengesHuge work loads. There's no direct communication with the upper management. They barely listen to employee concerns. Management engages in exploitative practices just to cut expenses. You'll do more than what's in the job description. Low salary increase rate. Typical "We are family here," company.
