There are now 40 shops in Hong Kong and 17 shops in China. We are the first to provide innovative “Check & Fit” foot examination and insole fitting service. It is a free profession examination of foot provided to people of all ages. We recommend the most suitable and economical foot care products according to the situation of customer’s feet.- Dr. Kong’s corporate cultureis built upon a sense of mission. Our mission is to “educate the public and remind them of the importance of foot and spine care”. We spread the information on foot care through various channels to achieve our mission of “bringing foot care to each and every household”.

    Experience was just fine. Company is somehow okay for fresh graduates and to those aiming for work-life balance.
    The good thingsThe company generally promotes work-life balance for its employees and does not require you to report on weekends or holidays if not needed. Compensation is fair enough for its company size.
    The challengesHandling of people can be improved by strict implementation of company policies. The company shall see to it that employees are treated fairly. Also, the company and tenured employees shall welcome new hires with open arms and treating them as family member, as it claimed during employee interview.
