Challenging but Fulfilling

The good thingsFull support of top management, culture fit and most of all the hand on training, coaching coming from top management who are expats thus experiencing a global type of leadership.

The challengesCompetition is stiff because of the proliferation of bit players in the industry brought about by a very lenient process and requirements in putting up similar businesses. Service fee were at a low depending on the operational expenses by start up companies. This has challenge me to do more and offer more to clients. Value for money is the name of the game
