My company gave me stability, skills, and resilience through growth and account changes.
The good thingsThis company provided financial stability for my family, helped me develop new skills in customer service and operations, advanced my teaching and training abilities, and supported a healthy work‑life balance.
The challengesOne challenge I faced was being recruited into a seasonal account without clear communication, which led to a transfer to another account. This taught me adaptability and resilience in adjusting to new environments.

I had a great experience professionally and personally during my 8 years in this company.
The good thingsMy managers helped me become the leader that I am today by enrolling me to different L&D training and through coaching and feedback. I learned a lot about the in's and out's of the business.
The challengesThe thing that I didn't like is the appraisal you get when you are internally promoted. Internally promoted team members' salary are always lower than that of externally hired with the same position.

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of support I received during a critical time. Despite reaching out with a simple question, I was left without answers, especially when I was dealing with a foot injury and needed clear guidance. Instead of offering help, I was expected to figure things out on my own. If you're unfamiliar with their processes or the location of their office, don't expect assistance, they won't respond to your queries, even if it means missing your first day. Excuses were given instead of real solutions. To make matters worse, the training team came across as rude and shared conflicting information compared to what the recruitment team provided. Overall, a frustrating and disheartening experience.
The good thingsFast process, but that's about it
The challengesDisoriented departments and no coordination, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

A supportive and beginner-friendly environment that fosters growth, despite the occasional challenges of handling high volumes of tasks.
The good thingsWhat I like the most is how beginner-friendly it is, with a simple account setup and a comprehensive month-long training. The supportive environment ensures that any questions are promptly answered, and the friendly colleagues contribute to both professional and personal growth.
The challengesThe main challenge is the occasional exhaustion caused by long queues and numerous issue-related tasks, which can be overwhelming at times.

    QA is not your friend.
The good thingsWhat I appreciate about them is that the management is friendly, as are the colleagues I work with. The sleeping quarters are spacious, the team leaders are approachable, added perk of free coffee is a welcomed bonus, and the rapid promotion opportunities available.
The challengesWhat I find challenging about the company is their QA department, particularly at the other branch (excluding Alabang). You've certainly put in your best effort, but some of the QAs are not very accommodating, and communication with most of them is a struggle. Additionally, the smoking area is inconveniently distant, and there's often a requirement for mandatory overtime, which can be quite taxing.

Balancing Pros and Cons: A Review of My Experience at WNS Global Services
The good thingsDuring my time at WNS Global Services, I received some training to support my role. The company provided necessary resources to help me perform my duties effectively. The experience allowed me to gain practical knowledge and develop my skills on the job. I am grateful for the learning opportunity during my tenure at WNS Global Services.
The challengesDuring my time at WNS Global Services, I found that the management provided some support, but there were areas that could be improved. On the positive side, the management did offer necessary training and resources to equip employees for their roles. They also encouraged professional development, which was beneficial for personal growth and career advancement. However, one area that could be improved was the response to technical issues. Slow access to computers and systems hindered productivity, and it would have been beneficial if the management had taken more proactive steps to address and resolve these technical challenges. In addition, clear communication and transparent decision-making could have been enhanced to foster a more open and inclusive work environment. This could have improved employee morale and contributed to better collaboration and team dynamics. Overall, while the management at WNS Global Services had some positive aspects, there were opportunities for improvement in areas such as addressing technical issues and enhancing communication. These improvements could have positively impacted the overall work experience for employees.
