    As of now this is my best experienced of work.
    The good thingsCo-workers are very professionals and kind. Also the BG's under my territory was very kind. Salary and benefits are average.
    The challengesVolume of work special on month end. When the account we handled get dissolved we need to wait for new account/project to be offer but.. no specific plan if we still have our salary eventhough we are floating..
