Giovanni H. Melgar, a law practitioner based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, established WIZARD Manpower in 1997. Its corporate office is located at Suites 406-410, CSP Building, 815 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. It has established branches in Cebu, Iloilo, Davao, Isabela and Pampanga. It has also satellite operations in La Union, Aklan, Butuan and Cagayan de Oro City.Wizard Manpower provides various innovative outsourcing services to various clients all over the country. Theseservices cover all management functions (core and non-core), allowing, in effect, business flexibility, profitability and efficiency to the clients.Among others, it provides manufacturing operations services, janitorial and maintenance services, restaurant operations services, port operations services and marketing, promotion and merchandizing services.To help our micro and small entrepreneurs to become efficient in their business operations, Wizard Manpower provides another outsourcing services: “BASS” or Business Assistance and Support Services. Under these services, Wizard Manpower provides the following: (1) Payroll and Salary Administration; (2) Benefits and Claims Administration; (3) Billings, Collection and Payments Administration; (3) Communication and Mail Matters Administration; (4) Permits and Licenses Administration.Since December 1997 or for almost 17 years now, Wizard Manpower has serve numerous clients in different industries, from manufacturing to service industries. Wizard has excellently supplied its innovative outsourcing servicesto garment, pharmaceutical, paint, steel, oil, shoes and foods for the manufacturing industries; and restaurant, health and wellness,education, law, retail and wholesale, transportation and logistic, hotels, property development and certification-compliance for the service industries.Wizard Manpower has enjoyed the trust and confidence of its clients through all these years. Satisfied with its excellent services, these clients have continuously hired Wizard Manpower. In fact, ninety-percent (90%) of its clients have availed of the innovative services since 1998. Among others, these are the loyal clients of Wizard Manpower: Foremost Milling Corporation, La Filipina Uygongo Corporation, Mang Inasal Philippines, Rapid Forming Corporation, 2k3 Industries, Inc. (Davies Paint), Wu Kong Pte.
