    from my prevoius agency many of the benefits were not given, luckily we're transfered to wizard and the benefits we asked before were given especially the health benefits. that benefit is the most important or a service crew that worl under day and night.
    The good thingsthe good things for them is that they will give automatically the payslip. and they will inform you for every activity they will be done or going through.
    The challengesthe challenge of working this company is that the people you will be handling because as an on site supervisor you will act as the hr in the store. its very hard to deal with so many different attitude especially you are on the same ages.
