My experience was enjoyable and helpful
The good thingsI’ve enjoyed this experience because it helped me learn and grow. It kept me interested and motivated, and I felt more confident as I improved over time. I also enjoyed the challenge, because it pushed me to think differently and develop new skills. Overall, it was enjoyable because it was both engaging and rewarding.
The challengesOne thing that could be improved is organization. Some parts were confusing or unclear, which made it harder to fully understand what was expected. Better planning and clearer instructions would help everything run more smoothly. Improving communication and allowing more time to practice would also make the experience more effective and enjoyable overall.

I'm happy that I'm just here at home working.
The good thingsI enjoyed it because it was work from home. And to avoid the expense of transportation.
The challengesI improved because I was only here at home. To be with my family.

The fact that WTW is always hiring should raise concerns about employee retention and management practices.
The good thingsBenefits, Medical, Insurance, etc.
The challengesThe company sets very high expectations, requiring QA and productivity targets to always be met, yet shows little concern for staff well-being. Employees are continuously pressured to deliver, and management is aware that some work overtime without pay just to meet KPIs, but they ignore the issue. Decisions are also made without consulting staff, especially when it involves the Mumbai team on Wedo certificates, creating unfairness. The hybrid setup is tied to QA and productivity results, requiring 8 or 12 days onsite, and at times even full return-to-office. This applies only to the W City Center branch under CRB. Another concern is the referral program, which offers large bonuses from ₱5*,*** to ₱1**,*** for every successful hire. While attractive, many employees refer purely for the money, with little regard for the well-being or proper fit of those they bring in.

Good compensation, benefits and working arrangements but work can be stressful due to poor training and over competitive colleagues
The good thingsOnce a week onsite - in our department the minimum onsite hours are 4 hours Generous HMO coverage - 500k but customizable from 250k to 750k Rice, clothing, internet and transportation (mid and night shift) allowances Flexible benefits that you can use for wellness needs including travel bookings
The challengesVery poor training culture. They expect you know a lot or have shorter learning curve just because they pay well. Colleagues tend to compete with other members. Not sure if this is just within our team but it's a serious struggle if you prefer chill work environment. Some leads are micro-managing.

Overall, it's a really good company. Compared to others, majority of what makes a good company can be found in this company.
The good thingsSome benefits from other western companies are also present in this company. Above average salary.
The challengesIt's hard to get in. HR and recuitment are very keen on the job requirements and would always pick the applicant with the highest credentials.

Company with great benefits and equal opportunity
The good thingsBeing part of WTW was such a great experience. It was very easy to work with everyone not just your team mates but with other teams as well. Management really show great concern to every colleagues. PWDs are given equal opportunity Great Flexible benefits and HMO package. They also offer retirement benefits.
The challengesApart from a few slacking heedless individuals taking advantage of the kindness of the management, the company as a whole is great.

No organization is perfect but I can say that i had the best experience, so far, working for this company.
The good thingsa) They are very generous to their employees. b) They have the best HMO package in the BPO industry as far as I am concerned. c) They have the best programs for employees that are outside of work which is very refreshing.
The challengesa) Office politics - all companies have some form of office politics but I think in this company particularly, it gets in the way of being more successful in the business. b) IT - they could invest more in technology to compete better in the market. I heard some people are resigning because some tasks had to be done manually (i.e filing expense reports) which is unfortunate.

    My Internship Experience
The good thingsThe great thing about working in WTW as their internship is that they would let you experience the job description of a regular employee.
The challengesThe only challenge for me was i am the only internship that time, its not the workload but the barrier of friendship between my senior co workers.

    Unlocking Potential
The good thingsThe training and culture is exceptional. I've learned a lot of things through the mentorship system that the team has. My superiors are really approachable and open to new suggestions and discussions. The company's efforts towards inclusivity and diversity is something that is quite notable. They even reach out and make an effort to hire persons with disabilities and have started programs regarding this. They even make partnerships with local farms and ensure that every aspect about the company is sustainable.
The challengesYou may need to be really flexible in this company since the demands in terms of quality are pretty high.

The good thingsBenefits are good. Allowances are good specially on a night shift people.
The challengesManagement are more focus on numbers not quality. They promote toxic environment or overwork employee, no overtime pay, no work from home. HR departments are poor response, poor employee relations, poor resolutions, and unorganized or poorly hiring practices.

Come for work stay for the environment
The good thingsWork Life Balance is the main focus of the company! I cannot express that enough. This is one of the companies that value their employees more that the amount of money it's generating. The company promotes learning and growth by having work related seminars in the company itself, as well as not job related activities that will give you a break from you work! Highly Recommended
The challengesWork loads may tend to pile up and when it comes to the peak season you may experience doing 12 hours a day, but all of that are compensated with overtime pay and free transportation. and I mean you will have a taxi of your own going to your house free of charge! Can you believe that? Amazing Love it
