    It's the best company.
    The good thingsThe people I work with in WLSI are professionals. They understand the boundaries between work and personal life. They ensure that you get the support you need to perform your tasks efficiently. They also address challenges you might be facing at work as soon as you bring it up to your colleagues. It's the most sensitive and considerate company I've ever been a part of.
    The challengesThe work processes often change because the company tries hard to cope with the changes in SEO.

    Supportive teams and great working conditions
    The good thingsI never had any experience with SEO but the team heads and staff are approachable, patient, and diligent enough to guide me accordingly. Learning their processes wasn't much of a hassle because they give detailed evaluations on areas I need improvement on. The best part is having to work in the comfort of your home. Since they follow a weekday schedule, employees get an opportunity to achieve a work-life balance.

    The good thingsBecause of the pandemic I lost my job so I tried to apply as a virtual assistant working from home. I was not very knowledgeable in using SEO tools, applications and other things about social media when I joined this company because my previous job was at a BPO company. I really learned a lot and I’m glad I was hired here and continue to work at this company. Salary is always on time. The boss, managers, HR admins and co-workers are kind and very approachable.
    The challengesSome tasks are difficult to do due to misunderstanding but at the end we always manage to find a way to complete them.

    The good thingsThe company encouraged me to grow and take on bigger responsibilities, so they are always looking for people to promote. They value people and never reduced the employees' work hours during the pandemic. In fact, they even managed to grow the company during these trying times and implemented salary increases. They also promote work/life balance and managers also like to have fun (we had several team activities/ice breaker games, and even received prizes for it).
    The challengesThere are busy days especially when there's an upcoming regular holiday since we have to submit all deliverables.

    The good thingsI had little knowledge of SEO when I started but they took a chance on training me and have been working for the company ever since. They acknowledge hard work done and rewards it accordingly. We're lucky we get to continue to work from home since the pandemic started. Coworkers are nice and approachable.

    It is a great company. But...
    The good thingsI'm impressed that the salary is always on time. I had a great time working here at first because my co-employers are friendly and professional. I was enjoying my work here until the management decided to micromanage every task and I wasted a lot of work time just to give them updates every minute. I hated it.
    The challengesThere's always the pressure to do good in your job (which I understand) and this feeling I get that I would be in trouble if I make a single mistake (which is very stressful and something I don't look forward to every day).

    A company that treats you family.
    The good thingsI can say that a company that treats you family is a MAJOR thing to an employee and that is what I felt (up until now) when I joined this team. Even the members are very approachable and easy to work with. The managers are very helpful, kind and understanding. They listen, acknowledge and are open to suggestions and comments. They discuss problems and together finds solutions. Salaries are being sent on time (even early) and gives incentives to those who are deserving.
    The challengesThere is no such thing as a perfect company. Challenges are normal and every time we encounter one, we talk about it and find solutions to address them.

    The good thingsGenerally, It’s a great company. The owner is very kind and appreciative, he makes sure that every committed and hardworking employees are well compensated. Managers and team leaders are approachable so you won’t hesitate to ask questions. Everyone in this company is very helpful, they will always assist you when you need help.
    The challengesThere are a lot of opportunities in terms of growth and development. Adjustments in new processes and systems would be challenging as it requires you to go out of your comfort zone most of the time. Quite challenging but it's not that bad though :)

    The good thingsBosses & managers are very approachable. They do not look at tenures but they look at the value that you give. If you care for the company and the team, the company will take care of you as well. Sometimes they provide assistance even beyond work matters. Salary increases are given irregardless of how long you have been with them as long as you are a key team player, they would regularly review your pay. Work life balance is being highly valued. No work on weekends. Work from home arrangement during the pandemic to protect us and our families is highly appreciated!
    The challengesAs the team grew bigger, it has become a lot difficult to manage. I hope the company will use more project management tools to make everything more organized than it currently is.

    Remarkable and Professional Colleagues, Great Management and Working Environment
    The good thingsPeople are great and easy to work with. You will learn many things in this company and will be trained to work professionally. It will be great if you start working with this company if you are a fresh grad and even if you have an experience.
    The challengesThe distance from the office and our home is quiet far. Working in this company, you need to expect that the salary is lower than bigger companies and you need to work in additional hours if needed however this is common in some other startup companies.
