Managers and team leaders are approachable so you won’t hesitate to ask questions. Everyone in this company is very helpful, they will always assist you when you need help.
The challengesThere are a lot of opportunities in terms of growth and development. Adjustments in new processes and systems would be challenging as it requires you to go out of your comfort zone most of the time.
Quite challenging but it's not that bad though :)
