It is a great company. But...The good thingsI'm impressed that the salary is always on time. I had a great time working here at first because my co-employers are friendly and professional. I was enjoying my work here until the management decided to micromanage every task and I wasted a lot of work time just to give them updates every minute. I hated it.
The challengesThere's always the pressure to do good in your job (which I understand) and this feeling I get that I would be in trouble if I make a single mistake (which is very stressful and something I don't look forward to every day).
