    Excellent. Employeecentric.
    The good thingsWe are allowed to logout 5 min before end of shift. Breaktime always on schedule. Regularly scheduled monthly and weekly team meetings. May take pee break as needed. Sleep room and quiet room. Pantry. Gym with instructors. Shuttle sevice. Everything is well maintained.
    The challengesLocation. Getting to the office on time is challenging during peak and late hours. Usual traffic jams on any road leading to site. Shuttle service vans will usually be stuck in traffic jams along Mckinley Road and get late for pickup and getting employees to site.
