    JUST ANOTHER TOXIC BPO
    The good thingsThe salary is slightly higher compared to other centers but no incentives.
    The challengesIf you are a new hire, be prepared. They will give you split rest days for 6 months without any explanation. They give these unwanted, broken schedules to new hires because they usually can't complain. Management doesn't want to be bothered and would tell you to just svck it all up.
