    The good things24 vacation leaves – easy to approve (depends on your Team Lead) Friendly work environment – supportive colleagues and approachable Team Leads Fun events throughout the year – Halloween, Christmas, sports festival, mid-year and year-end parties and many more Team outings – 1–2 per year (varies by department) Convenient location – near MRT and Megamall Hybrid setup incentives – monthly rewards based on KPI performance Beginner-friendly onboarding – easy training during the first couple of months
    The challengesCareer stagnation – limited growth opportunities for agents who have been in the same role for over 5 years Minimal salary increase – yearly raises are almost non-existent High workload – overload of tickets and calls, especially during mid-shift for Level 1 agents Management issues – occasional poor decisions impacting by OMs Shifting schedules – Every 3 month

    A bit stressful but has a good sense of atmosphere
    The good thingsApproachable and kind managers and HR admins. When I was working with DOTW, people are diverse and are work efficient. They have a lot of perks, benefits and activities that may engage to join in and be part of it.

    The good thingsNew task and skills able to communicate to other staffs that was in other sites (APAC, Eurpore, MID). Monthly events, Free Coffee and Juice in Pantry
    The challengespolitics..they scared of changes. HR should communicate with the Managers for their staff regularization. Staff is the one chasing their manager about their evaluation if they will be regular or not.

    Fun and balanced work and life environment
    The good thingsFeels like home. The Data Entry department always help each other. Higher-ups from this team are always open to talk to their own employees and they really try for the employees to experience a good work life balance environment.
    The challengesThe risk of having an error. It's like you doing 2000 + updates or stop sales in a year which helps them gain profit and you having an error of 10-15 in a year and those will be greatly remembered. You don't have any chance to redeem yourself back as the metrics focus on the error and not the other things you do. I just hope the company had a better metrics system where employees can redeem their selves if they have an error in a month.

    The challengesA typical call center attitude of employees starting from the rank and file to the management. Some supervisors are power trippers and the people working in HR are much worst.
