    hard work and perseverance, because there is no easy job. everything will be easy if you are happy in your work.
    The good thingsThe area manager and station head are nice, communicate well with employees like hub staff, riders.
    The challengesIt's just that when there are many parcels, there is almost no rest, especially when there are many trucks that come to unload shipments. but it's ok because everyone helps each other. so there is no problem
