    The good thingsEmployees are just like families. They are all approachable. Our manager is down to earth. She really knows what her people needs. She's one in a million. It's really good that I have known such manager. May God bless her more because she really is so good to her employees.She alone is already a great reward for being with the company.
    The challengesMy challenges so far that really strikes my patience and attitude towards my company was when I was deducted on my salary a certain amount because of late manifest.So disgusting but it made me braver and stronger. I learned a lot even if I cried really. But it served as a signal for me to be more careful next time in my manifest.
