Great co-workers and competitive salaries in a stressful environmentThe good things- Co-workers and culture within the establishment is exceptionally supportive (this may only be true with the facility, which will not be disclosed in this review)
- Many opportunities to learn as long as you take the initiative
- Trainings you are interested in can be supported as long as properly communicated to HR, and is in correlation to your work
- Opportunity for connections are plentiful, especially with LGU and NGA
- Salary is competitive, annual increases actually feel like they consider assessment, and year-end bonuses (separate from 13th month) are nothing to be scoffed at
The challenges- Management highly encourages active participation and support with politics, regardless of personal affiliation
- Ever increasing workload
- Many systems and policies are introduced but seem to not last that long anyway
- Feeling of mismanagement at the upper level and with affiliate companies that force constraints, regardless of actual performance of the facility handled
- Severe lack of any stress management programs
- Budget constraints on projects make it difficult to introduce sustainable development goals
