The inception of the idea of a software company named Visionaire Software Solutions began in June 2, 2015, came after using the ERP manufacturing software that Applied Machining Corporation purchased two years before hence, and found it severely lacking, and non-productive. Other software solutions, like SAP, Globalshop Solutions, and Job Boss by Exact were too rigid, and inflexible. Many SAP customers complained that their current system was not what they envisioned it to be. They want a better system that will cater to their needs. These ERP systems required companies to change according to the principles set by the software company instead of the ERP system conforming to the company’s needs. These gaps created many unhappy customers seeking for something better. There was a demand for a new software design that is flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the ubiquitous company for the new century.The visionaries of Visionaire Software Solutions recognized this deficiency in the current available solutions. There was a need to develop a system that adapts to the business needs instead of the business adapting to the rigid requirements of an inflexible system. We, the innovators and engineers of Visionaire Software solutions, have taken up the challenge and decided that we needed to develop a pluggable and flexible system that will allow the ERP system to conform to the different needs of the different types of industries. We recognized that each particular industry have their own methodology and specific requirements that cannot be generalized. This pluggable system will allow us to tailor fit the ERP system according to each specific industry.Besides the aforementioned pluggable system, we also recognized the demand to incorporate all the necessary ancillary systems that would support the main ERP accounting backbone. We envisioned to create a market place where our customers could select the ancillary modules that they needed without having to pay for all the other modules that were not within their requirements. These ancillary modules will include Document Control, Quality Management System, Human Resources Management, Time and Attendance, Industry Specific Production Control, ISO 9000 or AS9100 integration, and many others. Aside from the income generated from the sales of the core system, additional revenue can be generated from each ancillary modules, and from all the customization specific to each industry. Each month a year after the initial project handover, additional maintenance fees will be charged to the customers for updates and support.
