    Think twice before you apply here. You will regret it if you were assigned to a telco account. They have so many criteria that is hard to reach.
    The good thingsMy friends and other colleagues. My previous chat support account is the best I ever stayed with compared to telco. Only the back office account is left and I have never been reprofiled to it.
    The challengesUnannounced changes in all aspects, from salary based system to hourly based. Inconsiderate for reprofiling to other accounts, resulting to get you terminated if you failed in the nesting phase if you were assigned to a telco account.

    Good and relatively quick career growth and development
    The good thingsAgent incentives especially for accounts like T-Mobile and good company work culture. Guards are friendly and the ambiance is relaxing there are sofas in the office for meetings. Free meals and shuttle. Remote set-ups for some analyst positions. Managers are very understanding and pleasant to work with.
    The challengesSalary increase once you are regularized and laterally transferred to a new department is not much and the way pre tax deductions are applied is not proportionate. Only agents were given an allowance increase. HMO enrollment rules are a bit stringent compared to other companies. It's taking a while for our department's bonus scheme to get approved.

    VALOR IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
    The good thingsthere are people there who have great potential but was never developed because management is poor! they prefer subordinates they can hold by the neck... VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!
    The challengesaside from management their HR and PAYROLL is way too unprofessional in so many levels!!! You can conduct a survey and 80% will agree to this

    The challengesThere are Tl that is stressful. Reaching out with them is super dooper hard especially on your own cluster. Benefits are not properly given you need to send them follow ups and the designated dept will not respond. A lot of task is given in one account.

    Some of their supervisors are rude like I have once. When I went to work from home they know that in my area is crowded and congested but then they dont understand why I'm having troubles in my equipment that was borrowed from the company. They also dont have enough actions to those supervisors with bad attitude.
    The good thingsSome how the management is enough in managing the company's rules and regulations. They expect too much from an agent but they dont have enough incentives for their employees and the shuttle service really sucks, you only experience a good shuttle service when you're new then when you get regularized only trainees are prioritize to be on on shuttle service.
    The challengesThey expect too much from you and too much jobs/tasks like you're in collections/finance department and you do troubleshooting and such things that the IT/tech department is responsible of. Though I may not be a better employee bu5 I consider my self a good one for not leaving the company in 2 yrs.

    Very nice with the employees they treat you as one family.
    The good thingsI love the place and also the incentives management are friendly. I love valor global , thank you my valor family for trusting me as one of your csr agent. This is my first bpo company and now im still here almost a year :) very recommended. As you have a good performance you will earn high salary.

    I have really enjoyed working for this company. What isn't great is that being on contract doesn't guarantee you are converted. I am a hard worker, top of my team and struggle with being on contract being that its hourly.
    The good thingsThe perks and rewards (including team events, food (yes, it's free), swag, and culture make it an enjoyable place to be. Again, this was just my experience and someone who doesn't feel as though the grass is greener outside of Indeed now that I have relocated!
    The challengesI started here with little to no experience but through the great training programs, I was able to pick up the job quickly.

    The good thingsi enjoy a lot of things in valorglobal specially when taking calls i got to enhance my vocabulary and also my tone of voice the people in valorglobal is very approachable especially the language coach the supervisors the managers you will learn a lot from them they give us information that we need and specially when you approach any employee in valorglobal they will approach you and help you with your concerns
    The challengesactually for me yes theres a lot of challenges but every challenges is a lesson every single problem that you will encoubter specially when taking calls is a lesson you will improve in every calls step by step you will realize that working in a call center company is a challenge but in the end of the day you will realize that you are lucky because you got a chance to work in valorglobal
