What’s it like working at University of Santo Tomas?

    AI summary of recent reviews

The University of Santo Tomas offers a professional and supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits, including competitive compensation and generous vacation periods. Employees appreciate the institution's Catholic values, conservative yet nurturing culture, and opportunities for professional development. The community is described as harmonious, with clear roles and objectives, and colleagues who are professional and enjoyable to work with.

However, there are some areas for improvement, including limited career advancement opportunities and the need to adapt to regular administrative changes every few years. As a traditional institution, there can be some resistance to changing established practices, and contractual employees may face less favourable conditions regarding benefits and job security compared to permanent staff.
