Working in the office was a rewarding and enjoyable experience, surrounded by supportive and talented colleagues. I gained valuable skills and knowledge throughout my time there. While there were challenges along the way, I embraced them as essential parts of professional growth and development
The good thingsEnvironment of the workplace
The challenges One of the main challenges is the fast-paced environment — priorities can shift quickly, which requires strong adaptability and time management skills. Additionally, because the company sets high standards for performance, but it has helped me develop stronger communication

The good thingsThere have been a number of benefits once get tenured.
The challengesThe working environment is toxic. Although being able to work under pressure is a skill needed the working environment will saturate you to the very core.

The good thingsbeing taught by one of the best academic institution that can teach young professional while still having fun

    Feels like my second home.
The good thingsIf classes are suspended in all levels, office work will be suspended also. More time spent with family. Nice benefits and good salary but do not expect high salary rate. The perks is that we have week-long vacation that we enjoyed every year, like Easter breaks (whole week of holy week, usually 8-9 days), Undas Break (one week break for us to have time to go our provinces and visit our loved ones that died) and Christmas Vacation (usually 2 weeks vacation days before christmas day up to days after new year.
The challengesSome stressful days but not everyday. Administrators usually changes after 2-3 yrs, so there's adjustment period depending on the boss you will be with.

    A Meaningful Catholic-oriented Work Experience
The good thingsIt’s a great environment to work with as the institutional values are aligned with my Catholic belief/orientation. Student-teacher relationship is manageable as well as working with most professional colleagues. .Organizatioal culture is conservative but nurturing.
The challengesBasic salary corresponding to ranking is not that dynamic. And some performance metrics are not competitive. 😔

    It was a splendid experience!
The good thingsThey are professional and flexible. They respect you as who you are and they encourage you to do your best. They motivate you to try a lot of new things. They support you in your dreams. The whole Thomasian community is kind and professional from the security guards to the Director of Counseling and Career Center.
The challengesNothing. I didn't experience any hardships and challenges in this institution. It was truly a perfect experience staying at University of Santo Tomas. I would recommend this institution instead. I love how UST treats me. They put out the best in me!

High salary for fresh graduates, highly positive and competent officemates.
The good thingsThe work environment was competitive, the people are fun to work with. The salary for a fresh graduate is high, and there are many benefits besides the salary. You can also get a master's degree in the University with free tuition.
The challengesThe company can start by utilizing the information system provided, and then provide the changes to automate most of the processes within the organization. This can provide timely reports which the top-management can use to further improve the organization through more accurate decisions.

    The Thomasian Experience
The good thingsIt felt more of a homecoming than a transition to a new workplace. The administrators and my co workers are very professional. Clear roles were set at the start of the orientation and objectives were set and met at the end of the school year. The community work together in a harmonious rationship.
The challengesAchieving goals is not an easy task but achievable. The K12 transition was a challenge not only to the University but to other institutions as well.
