The challengesThe initial interviewer left me quite unsettled, and I feel it's important to share my experience. The interviewer was significantly late, arriving at 10:20 PM when our meeting was scheduled for 10:00 PM. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of any acknowledgment or apology for the late start was disappointing.
Furthermore, during the interview, it was clear that the interviewer was not familiar with my resume or even my name, despite these details being clearly outlined in both the schedule and the meeting invite. The conversation itself felt rather disinterested and was surprisingly brief, lasting only six minutes.
This entire experience was unusual for me, and I felt that my time was not valued or respected.
