    Outsource Fearfully.
The good thingsMy new hire trainer is one of the best mentors I've ever had, it was a pleasure to be part of her class. The pantry is also well-stocked.
The challengesI have a couple of grievances with this organization: - Whilst they do have a shuttle service, trip delays caused by the driver's bad judgement are still counted against your attendance (despite informing your manager about the matter while you're still on the road.) Their shuttle service drivers are also not properly vetted and are not adept at handling crisis situations (like during the time where there was an altercation between a Team Lead and a New Hire Analyst in one of trips to the office; which, ultimately, caused us to be late.) - Constant reprofiling based on "business needs" (which seems to be a blanket term for reasons involving hasty, last-minute management decisions that no one should dare question.) - Their people managers, most of whom are ill-equipped and are unable to live up to their job titles, demand unrealistic expectations from their one-downs; which you can't question, lest you get slapped with an insubordination notice. Caveat emptor, dear applicant.

If you are not Okay with constant reprofiling, then don't choose this company. Good Things: Clean lobby with strong AC, Cozy Pantry and majority of my coworkers are good to be with. If you are tired of food from the pantry, there are many fast foods around the corner that you can choose from. Good workplace in total but the management. The Challenges: No job security bad management, Low compensation, Toxic environment- unprofessional some co-workers and leaders. They will transfer you from other account to another without informing you ahead even you are performing well. Salary disputes happen as well especially during peak seasons that you need to render OTs, payroll are not mostly aware on you OT hrs and even robbed you on night differential hrs. They always hired incompetent TLs that doesn't even know the job process and would only rely on the tenured agents from the team to check if the QA ratings are valid or not.

Good Place as stepping-stone for experience. Not so much for those that believes in meritocracy.
The good thingsLots of engagement activities and events. Management encourages, sometimes makes participation mandatory.
The challengesNo drive towards optimization of work process. Very Old-School Management Mindset. Managers exhort people to hit unrealistic quotas. Toxic and Heavily Politicked Career Ladder.

    It's good at first until....
The good thingsThe job is so chill, not so much stress. Good team camaraderie. Nice place to work for a beginner.
The challengesUnstable job. Employee movement. Uncertainties about the account. Rampant payroll disputes.
