The challengesWorking at TeleTech can be very challenging. It was my first time to work in a multinational company and I had to make adjustments on the way I perform my job and the way I interact with people. The first couple of months were difficult but the people I have worked with were very supportive. It was also my first time to work the night shift and this is the most challenging of all.
