    Overworked and uncooperative departments
    The good thingsMy salary from my account was relatively high as compared to other accounts in the market.
    The challengesAll employees are overworked. The workload distribution is unfair. Some agents are taking in more workload than other agents. Disputes with other departments (i.e; HR) are exhaustingly hard to resolve. It would take a lot of time, patience, and effort before they resolve your disputes.

    The good thingsThere's a quarterly incentives if you are in shared services, not sure if customer supports also have an incentive like us. Can promote or apply for next level open position after 6 months (lucky if you're the only one who applied to the position).
    The challengesWork life balance - Senior Manager often ping or email you even after your shift and also during your leave and weekend. We're not like a doctor or nurses who are on call if you needed. Hope he/she can read this

    The challengesThe graveyard shift, there are times that I've experience working lack of sleep for five days but that's only happened during my first month of training then after a few weeks things became normal just like normal day because i used to it everyday working at night with lack of sleep

    The challengesThe only challenge in Teletech is that you should give your best shot in every call. Every call you should make sure that you will get a promoter score or else you'll get 1 detractor and get atleast 10 promoter to pass your stats.

    This company offers very low salary, once their with you, they will throw you to different LOB's will provide you 1 day training only, until you decided to resign.
